Just above the village Puntagorda and surrounded by nature stands Casa Pedro.
It is an original Canarian style house which the owners have tastefully renovated and converted to a holiday home with modern comforts yet with many of original features.
Use has been made of natural and authentic materials throughout.

You have excellent views over the hillside, the village, up to the mountains and down to the Atlantic Ocean

Casa Pedro sleeps up to 3 persons.
Together with Casa Carmen it is suitable up to 5 persons.

Accommodation
Casa Pedro has a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
In front of the house is a large covered and sheltered terrace and there is an outside kitchen with barbeque.
 
In the living room you'll find a comfortable sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. The door opens onto the terrace.
There is satelite TV/Radio.
 
In the kitchen you'll find a large refrigerator, ceramiv hob (4 hobs), oven, coffee machine and a good selection of kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms and bathroom
Both bedrooms at Casa pedro have sea view.
The single room has a single bed (190x105) and a bedside table.
The dubble room has a dubble bed (150x200) with escellent mattrass, bedside tables and a ward robe.
In the bathroom you'll find a shower, wash basin, WC and a wardrobe.
 
Terrace and barbeque
In front of the house is a large covered and sheltered terrace with tables and chairs and sunbeds.
The kitchen outside with barbeque can be used by the guests of Casa Pedro and Casa Carmen.
 
Area
From the airport to Puntagorda is about 1,5 hours drive.
The friendly village of Puntagorda is about 5 minutes drive. You'll find various shops, a dispensing chemist, butcher, banks with cash dispensers, a post office, 3 restaurants, typical local bars, internetcafé, public swimming pool and on Saturdays and Sundays there is a market in the Mercadillo selling local produce.
In January the almond trees start flowering in Puntagorda. Every year, at the end of January or beginning of February, Puntagorda celebrates the Festival of the Flowering Almond.
In the summer months you can go to El Puerto for a swimm in the ocean.
Puntagorda also has nature reserve El Fayal, a pine forest with barbecue and picnic area and childrens playground.
The area is crisscrossed with marked walking-paths.
From the house it is about 45 minutes drive to the town of Los Llanos with the famous Plaza de España and the beautiful streets and houses. The sandy beach and harbour in Tazacorte is a ±30 minutes drive.
